Using sophisticated circular (with lycra option) and flat knitting machines enable us to manufacture a collection of superior fabrics, such as: (Single Jersey, Rib, Pique, Interlock, Fleece, Stripes, Drop Needle, Mini-Jaquards, and many others). The production of the entire range of body fabric and trims is carried out using the same yarn lot to guarantee a perfect matching during the dyeing process. Fabric finishing involves detailed inspection both throughout and following the knitting process. Dyeing techniques used are for dyeing cellulose fibre and its blends with reactive dyestuff by exhaustion. Our state-of-the-art dyeing equipment operated by qualified engineers and technicians is an integral part of our production process. A salient feature of our process is a most modern lab equipped with the latest machinery for circular and open-width finishing. Additionally, various quality control tests are conducted upon completion of the dyeing process to verify colour matching, fabric weight, shrinkage, pilling, flammability, colour fastness, crocking, torque, and PH.
